We are passionate about getting seafarers to achieve their goals and live their dream and believe that this can only be done if seafarers structure their growth path!
We believe that seafarer training should exist outside of STCW and the Mandatory requirements. 
In the coming year’s we aim to build a service that will revolutionize the manner in which seafarers plan and execute their career moves. 
CAPS will serve as a Global platform for seafarers worldwide and engage them in a way that has never been done before. Everyone will benefit!

CAPS has its origins in Singapore and is an initiative of an ex-seafarer passionate about getting the seafaring community connected on a global platform and help them achieve their goals. 
Innovate, Execute and Excel are the cornerstones of the Programme and based on these CAPS aims to enable every seafarer live his dream!
