Capt. Sheera Sagar Iyengar, a Veteran from the Indian Army was born, brought up and educated in New Delhi. After serving in the Indian Army, he had stints with the Associated Cement Companies, Ambuja Cements and HOLCIM Group in various capacities. He has rich experience in the field of Security, Safety and Administration spanning 4 decades.
A certified Train the Trainer, Capt. Iyengar heads the CAPS Centre for Innovation managing the Training Program, scheduling as well interaction with stakeholders of the Maritime Industry. As a trainer he also conducts sessions on Industrial Safety, Security, Problem solving and Root Cause analysis based approach that is of direct relevance to shipboard operations. |

Capt. Francis has had a long and storied career in the Maritime industry and served in many senior positions with reputed firms. This included direct responsibility for all marine personnel, payroll, and manpower matters in the region, including education and training of maritime staff, especially from the Asia Pacific Region. |
MR. IMMANUEL JOSEPH[External Consultant]
Immanuel Joseph, a maritime professional, over time in his shipping career; sailing onboard, foreign-going oil/chemical tankers of various sizes, and progression through the different ranks in the merchant fleets, has provided the immense experience to him. In his role as a Technical Superintendent, he also oversees the proper management of Planned Maintenance Systems as well as efficient Inventory management, which he then also imparts in his training sessions from which our seafarers can benefit immensely. |

Capt. Gaurav started his Sea career in 1995 and has more than 25 years of Experience in the industry He has worked ashore since 2013 for a Leading Japanese Tanker company and was instrumental in setting up and heading the India operations of the company He has worked on numerous projects such as Developing a SIRE and PSC program for the company to improve on vetting performance by close analysis of trends to improve future performance. Also developed the Inhouse VDR analysis program to reduce Navigation related incidents He has an analytical though process and is well versed with Software development and coding skills. He has been actively involved in development of various software's during his long career at sea both onboard and ashore |
